Job summary

Valley Hospital Medical Center in Las Vegas is seeking a certified nursing assistant to provide patient care under the supervision of licensed nursing staff. Responsibilities include assisting patients with activities of daily living, taking vital signs, monitoring condition, and reporting changes promptly.

Must have a Nevada CNA license and current BLS certification; ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team is essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of education/experience necessary to obtain CNA Certification from Nevada State Board of Nursing.
• Current CNA license in the State of Nevada and current BLS certification.
• Must be able to demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care/service appropriate to the age of the patients served on the assigned unit/department.
