Erickson Senior Living in Highlands Ranch, CO is seeking a Float Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to support residents with person-centered care on 12-hour night shifts, totaling 24 hours weekly. Compensation ranges from $21.50 to $26.50 per hour, depending on experience and certifications, with a bi-weekly float bonus.

The role requires at least 6 months CNA experience, QMAP certification, and Colorado CNA certification.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide person-centered care to residents in daily living activities.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and mobility.
• Follow personal care plans focusing on resident preferences.
• Support residents with activities and programs as needed.
• Collaborate with clinical team to address resident needs promptly.

Join our team as a Float Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). Our CNAs support our residents in all aspects of daily living, providing person-centered care to ensure we meet all of our resident’s needs.

Compensation: $21.50 to $26.50 an hour (depending on years of experience and certifications) plus bi-weekly float bonus

Schedule: 12 hour night shifts, 24 hours a week

How you will make an impact

• Supporting the resident’s physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs
• Assisting residents in activities of daily living
• Implementing residents personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging
• Providing assistance with resident activities and resident programs
• Working with the clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed in a timely matter

What you will need

• Minimum of 6 months of CNA experience
• Must have QMAP Certification
• Current CPR certification is preferred.
• Current Colorado CNA certification
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Basic computer skills required.
