Job summary

Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be 18 years of age
- Completion of a state-approved CNA certified nursing assistant certification course
Responsibilities
- Delivers direct care to residents and patients in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations and life care standards in the health and rehabilitation center (skilled nursing home).
- Assists residents with activities of daily living, personal hygiene and mobility, prioritizing wellbeing and preserving dignity and independence
