Job summary

Paramount Senior Living is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist residents with daily needs, build relationships with residents and families, and deliver compassionate care on a busy geriatric floor. You'll help with personal care and daily activities while following care plans and safety procedures.

You will monitor health changes, communicate with families and coworkers, and contribute to a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification required.
• High school diploma or GED completed.
• Demonstrates caring, dependable, team-focused attitude.
• Must be able to work in a busy care setting.

Responsibilities

• Help residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Help residents walk, move safely, and take part in daily activities.
• Watch for changes in resident health and report concerns.
• Help keep resident rooms and common areas clean and safe.
• Follow care plans and safety procedures.
• Work closely with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Provide kind and respectful care each day.
