Baptist Memorial Health Care Corporation is seeking a dedicated Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide direct patient care under the supervision of licensed staff. This role emphasizes patient safety, clear communication in standard English, and strict adherence to hospital policies and procedures.

You will perform routine caregiving tasks, assist with procedures, participate in ongoing education, and support licensed nurses to ensure compassionate, quality care for patients in our facility.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate clearly in standard English, written and verbal.
• Computer literacy.
• Proof of current CNA certification and BLS within 14 days of hire.

Responsabilités

• Performs direct patient care duties as assigned under the direction of licensed nursing personnel.
• Assists in the performance of procedures for the patient population served in a manner that is consistent with established policies and procedures.
• Provides for patient safety.
• Participates in ongoing educational activities.
