Harborview-Thomaston is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated care team. You will provide direct patient care under supervision, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and help create a comfortable, safe environment for Residents.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and families.
• Assist in documentation of care and report changes to nursing staff.
• Support care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans.
