Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare of Apollo Beach in Riverview, FL is seeking a dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide one-on-one in-home care. You’ll enjoy flexible shifts with full-time and part-time opportunities, plus mileage reimbursement on qualifying assignments.

Responsibilities follow each client’s Plan of Care, including ADLs, mobility support, meal prep, light housekeeping, and safety supervision, helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and independent at home.

Qualifications

• Current Florida CNA certification.
• At least 1 year of home care experience.
• Able to complete required background screening.
• Reliable transportation for applicable assignments.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and ADL assistance.
• Assist clients with mobility and transfers.
• Offer companionship and safety supervision.
• Prepare meals and light housekeeping.

What You'll Do

Depending on each client's Plan of Care, your responsibilities may include:

• Personal care and hygiene assistance
• Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Mobility and transfer support
• Companionship and safety supervision
• Meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Medication reminders
• Following the client's Plan of Care
• Helping clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home

What You'll Need

• Current Florida CNA certification
• At least 1 year of home care experience
• Ability to complete required background screening through the Clearinghouse
• Reliable communication and attendance
• Dependable transportation for applicable assignments
• AxisCare experience is a plus -not required
