New Hope Manor Nursing and Rehabilitation in Cedar Park, Texas (northwest of Austin) is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to join our healthcare team on a full-time day shift basis. As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, enhancing their quality of life, and promoting a positive and supportive environment.

Required: current Texas CNA certification, background check, strong hospitality, basic computer skills,

Qualifications

• Current Texas CNA certification in good standing.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Exhibit excellent hospitality skills.
• Have computer skills and be detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress residents and provide nail care.
• Follow resident assignment schedule as directed by the charge nurse.
• Lift, move, and transfer residents as required.
• Answer call lights in a timely manner.
• Assist or feed residents as needed.
• Keep residents clean and dry, assist with toileting or incontinence care.
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents.
• Perform any other duties assigned.

Responsibilities

• Bathe, shower, shampoo, shave, comb hair, dress appropriately, and provide nail care for assigned residents
• Follow resident assignment schedule as made out by the charge nurse
• Lift, move, and transfer residents as required
• Answer call lights in a timely manner
• Assist or feed residents as needed
• Keep residents clean and dry, toileting or providing incontinent care
• Provide supportive, protective, and safe environments for residents
• Perform any other duties assigned

Requirements

• Current certification in good standing with the State of Texas
• Pass a criminal background check
