Archway Transitional Care in Georgia is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to provide compassionate, resident-centered care and assist with daily living activities. You will work with a caring team to support independence and dignity.

This role offers weekly pay, evenings and weekends shift differentials, and comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, PTO, and career growth opportunities. Experience in long-term care is preferred but not required.

Formación

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification (GA) or eligible.
• Heart for service and a passion for caring for others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliability and a commitment to excellence.
• Prior long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)
• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Support mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Monitor and report changes in residents’ condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Partner with nurses and interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care
• Foster a positive, respectful atmosphere for residents, families, and team members
