Job summary

Insight Institute of Neuroscience & Neurosurgery (IINN) seeks a Certified Nursing Assistant to support patient care under the Nursing Manager and RNs. This contingent, full-time role focuses on assisting patients with daily living activities, maintaining a safe and clean environment, and supporting clinical staff as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, be eligible to work in the U.S., and obtain BLS certification within 60 days.

Job Summary

Under the supervision of our Nursing Manager and staff RNs, the Certified Nursing Assistant is to help provide patient care second to none! The CNA's responsibility of this position focuses on supporting the patient to ensure they are our first priority. The Certified Nursing Assistant supports our medical staff and receives direction from the nurse in how to best care for our patients. Top candidates for this position display a positive attitude, are approachable, and embrace a team player mentality, while demonstrating a past record of exhibiting great customer service and patient care skills. Both Full Time and Contingent status considerations will be made for this role.

• Must be able to achieve BLS certification within 60 days of employment

• Demonstrates excellent skills in verbal and written English communications for safe and effective patient care
