Grand Valley Gardens in Martinsville, Indiana, is seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants to join our care team. You will support residents with daily living activities and report changes in health to the Charge Nurse, following care plans and Magnolia Health Systems guidelines.

The ideal candidate is a Certified Nursing Assistant or enrolled in an approved CNA program, with patience, tact, and the ability to stay on your feet for extended periods.

Qualifications

Must be a certified nursing assistant or in an approved CNA training program.
Patience and tact in dealing with residents.
Good emotional health and ability to stand, bend and lift for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Observe and report changes in residents' health to the Charge Nurse.
Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care).
Follow instructions and complete records under supervision.
Document all care and observations.
Adhere to Magnolia Health Systems guidelines in patient care.
