Job summary

Interim HealthCare Inc. in Fayetteville, NC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants for in-home care across Fayetteville and surrounding areas. Immediate hire with pay $16–$20 per hour depending on client needs.

You will assist with daily activities, monitor health, and support a patient care plan while working with a nurse and aides. Flexible shifts include weekends and various client assignments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; active NC CNA certification.
• CPR certification.
• Reliable transportation to client homes.
• Compassionate, good communicator; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Care for seniors and those with illness or chronic disease in their homes.
• Assist with bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail/skin care, eating and nutritional intake.
• Assist with ambulation, transfers and range of motion exercises.
• Collaborate with home health nurses and aides to follow care plans.
• Observe patients and notify supervisor of issues requiring changes in care or equipment.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, here's a big-picture view of what you'll do:
