Job summary

Care Initiatives in Iowa is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide to join over 40 skilled nursing communities. You will assist with daily living activities, provide companionship, monitor residents' health, and engage in therapeutic activities, all while following infection control protocols.

Responsibilities

• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.

• Encourage resident recreational and therapeutic activities to promote health and daily routines.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.
