Job summary

SYNERGY HomeCare Franchising, LLC is seeking compassionate CNAs to join our in-home care team in Georgia. You will provide non-medical and personal care, assisting clients in their homes with tasks such as light housekeeping and meal preparation, while building trusted relationships with clients, families, and coworkers.

The role emphasizes reliability, punctuality, and effective communication to ensure consistent, quality care and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Must hold CNA certification and be at least 18 years old.
• CNA certification is required.
• Willingness to travel to clients’ homes and provide in-home care.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care and companionship to clients.
• Provide personal care as needed.
• Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, CNA with SYNERGY HomeCare, you will:

• Provide attention to clients’ non-medical needs, including companionship and social engagement
• Provide personal care to clients as needed
• Assist client with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Establish communication and a professional relationship with clients, family members, and co-workers
• Provide reliable care by being punctual and consistently covering shifts
