Trilogy Health Services, LLC is hiring CNAs at Violet Springs Health Campus in Pickerington, OH. CNAs will work with fellow caregivers to deliver daily nursing care based on residents’ care plans and individual needs.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, reporting changes, and providing companionship while maintaining a safe, comfortable environment for residents. This is a patient‑centered role within a supportive team at Trilogy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED/HSE preferred.
• Active state Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Certification.
• 0-1 Years of relevant experience preferred.

POSITION OVERVIEW

Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) work alongside fellow caregivers to provide each of your residents with daily nursing care and services based on the resident’s plan of care and individual needs. CNAs also provide companionship, compassion, and encouragement to our residents.
