Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care has an immediate need for a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) to care for clients in a home setting. We offer base pay of $17-$19 per hour, weekly pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities near your home in Columbia or Ellicott City.

CNAs receive 24/7 clinical manager support, scholarship opportunities, paid time off, and a stable work environment that values dignity and excellence in care.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year work experience as CNA or in a similar home-care role.
• Current CNA license in good standing with the board.

• Light housekeeping

BAYADA offers CNAs:

• Base Pay: $17 - $19 / hour depending on qualifications
• Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees are eligible for any of BAYADA's group medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision benefits if you work an average of 30 hours per week over a 3-month measurement period .
• Non-Licensed Home Care Field Employees working less than 30 hours per week are eligible for the Minimum and Enhanced Minimum Coverage Plans.
