Marina Pointe Healthcare & Subacute in Culver City, CA is seeking a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) for a full-time subacute role on the 3-11pm shift. New grads are welcome to apply as part of a premier nursing facility focused on patient-centered care.

The CNA will provide routine daily care to residents per care plans, under nurse supervision, ensuring safety, comfort, and accurate health monitoring. Excellent opportunities for growth and professional development are offered.

Competenze

• Current state CNA license is required.
• Active and current BLS and CPR certifications are required.

Mansioni

• Assist with patient personal care needs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning) as trained.
• Assist with physician-ordered medications under supervision of a nurse.
• Ensure patient safety and comfort according to policies and procedures.

Position Summary:

CNA’s provide routine daily care to assigned patients/residents in accordance with their clinical assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by a nurse/supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Current state CNA - Certified Nurisng Assistant license
• Active and current Basic Life Skills (BLS) and Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)

Responsibilities:

• Assists with patient personal care needs (bathing, dressing, feeding, toileting, ambulation, transfers, positioning, etc.) as trained and in accordance with all safety and other regulations
• Aides with physician-ordered medications which are ordinarily self-administered (typically under the direction and supervision of a charge or Registered Nurse)
• Ensures patient safety and comfort in accordance with established policy and procedure
• Monitors and reports on the health conditions of assigned patients ensuring quality services are provided
