Warren Barr Buffalo Grove is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the overnight shift in Buffalo Grove, IL. The facility has earned Gold Seal of Approval for Post-Acute Care and Accreditation for Nursing Care from The Joint Commission, reflecting a commitment to high-quality resident care.

As a frontline member of the Clinical Department, you will assist residents with activities of daily living, monitor condition changes, and help maintain a safe, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an unencumbered Illinois CNA certificate.
• CNA certification from an approved Illinois program.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities to maintain independence and comfort.
• Observe and report changes in resident condition to the clinical team.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment and ensure adherence to care plans.

To be eligible for consideration applicants should have:

As a minimum, an unencumbered State of Illinois Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certificate, or certificate of completion from a State of Illinois Accredited Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training course. Prior Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate!
