Grandview Nursing & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for per diem shifts. You will deliver direct patient care and assist with daily living activities, while supporting the interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans and promote dignity.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, documenting care, and maintaining records, with emphasis on compassionate communication with patients and families.

Qualifications

• Current PA CNA certification in good standing.
• Ability to provide direct patient care safely and compassionately.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork in a clinical setting.
