Riverside Lifelong Health & Rehabilitation Mathews is seeking a part-time Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our care team in Mathews, VA. Evening shift with some weekend hours; sign-on bonus eligible.

Under supervision of Nursing Manager, RN, LPN, you provide essential direct resident care, assist with hygiene and nutrition, and document ADL care in the EMR while upholding safety and resident dignity.

Qualifications

• Diploma from an accredited Nursing Assistant/Aid program.
• VA CNA license or compact license.
• CPR/BLS certification required.

Responsabilités

• Assist with hygiene, appearance, safety and nutritional needs of residents.
• Document ADL care, personal hygiene, bowel/bladder habits and behaviors in EMR.
• Follow infection control, sanitation and safety standards of practice.
• Provide resident care to maintain or improve functional status as able.
• Work under supervision of Nursing Manager, RN, LPN or Director.

Documents accurately in EMR resident's ADL care, personal hygiene, bowel and bladder habits, and behaviors.Follows universal precautions, proper infection control, sanitation and safety standards of practice in all work and activities.Requirements:Diploma from an accredited Nursing Assistant/Aid required ONLY for new CNA grads within 120 days of program completion.Certification: CPR/BLS (within 30 days of hire) required.
