Job summary

Cascades at Orchard Park in Orem, UT is seeking a part-time CNA to provide compassionate care during day shifts. You will handle calls, assist with mobility, daily living activities, and nutritional support, and collaborate with nursing staff to ensure resident well-being.

The role offers flexible scheduling, with 1-2 shifts per week (6 AM - 6 PM) and paid tuition assistance up to $500/month toward your nursing program. Competitive hourly pay ranges from $15 to $21.

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents while in bed.
• Provide physical support for activities of daily living (bed, bathing, eating, dressing, toileting, standing, walking or exercising).
• Review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure proper diets.
• Record food and fluid intake/output as necessary.
• Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff.
• Build relationships with residents to ensure comfort and dignity.
