Care Initiatives is seeking a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) to join our compassionate care team across more than 40 skilled nursing communities in Iowa. This full-time overnight role supports residents with daily living activities, monitors health, administers medications, and collaborates with families and the health care team to promote safety and well-being.

Responsibilities

• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, eating, and passing medications.
• Deliver emotional support and provide companionship while fostering a positive and engaging environment.
• Provide health monitoring by administering medications and conducting routine vital checks.
• Interact and communicate with residents, families, as well as the healthcare team.
• Encourage and facilitate resident recreational and therapeutic activities to enhance health and daily routines.
• Adhere to infection control protocols to ensure a clean and safe environment for residents.
