Job summary

Always Best Care Senior Services – Oʻahu is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Nurse Aides (NAs) to assist local seniors in Leeward Oʻahu. The role includes personal care, companionship, mobility support, and medication reminders, with a focus on safety and comfort in the client’s home.

We offer full‑time and part‑time opportunities, weekly pay, and ongoing training within a supportive clinical team.

Qualifications

• Active Hawaiʻi Nurse Aide (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• Completion of in-person skills training.
• Previous caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Provide companionship and meaningful social interaction.
• Offer medication reminders as directed.
• Observe and report changes in clients' physical or emotional condition.
• Assist with transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities.
• Promote a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment.

What You'll Do

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.

What We're Looking For

• Active Hawaiʻi Nurse Aide (NA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.

• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance.
• Ability to safely assist clients with transfers and mobility.
