Sunny Springs Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for the night shift to provide high-quality care to our residents. You will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to ensuring comfort, safety, and dignity for each resident.

You will assist with activities of daily living, monitor residents, document care, and contribute to ongoing quality improvement initiatives in a warm, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, promoting a positive and respectful atmosphere
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition, including vital signs and any concerns or issues
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Maintain accurate and thorough records of resident care and services
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs
