Job summary

Camden Health and Rehabilitation in Greensboro, NC is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants to join our team of dedicated health care professionals. FT, PT, and PRN positions are available; applicants must have current nursing aide certification in North Carolina.

Under the direction of the Director of Nursing, CNAs will supervise and assist residents with daily living, take vital signs, serve meals, document care, and communicate with residents, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Current NC nursing aide certification is required.
• Ability to supervise and assist with activities of daily living.
• Good communication with residents and staff is essential.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist residents with activities of daily living.

Job description

Camden Health and Rehabilitation is a 135-bed skilled nursing facility that is seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team of dedicated health care professionals. FT, PT, and PRN positions available.

Applicant must have current nursing aide certification in North Carolina.

Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nursing, the Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Supervise and assist residents with activities of daily living
• Serve meals to residents and assist with feeding as needed
• Provide person-centered care to each resident based on their care plan
• Take and record vital signs
• Perform patient care as directed by RN/LPN in a safe manner according to policy and procedure
• Respond directly to patient requests and appropriately communicate the patient's needs
• Assist in properly transferring residents
• Document records of care for every assigned resident each shift
• Assure the cleanliness and dignity of each resident
• Possess good communication skills to interact with residents, their loved ones, and other staff members
