Join our team as a Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA - Local Traveler at Good Samaritan.

Job Details

• Job Schedule: PRN
• Weekly Hours: Varies
• Salary Range: $17.00 - $25.50

Responsibilities

1. Support multiple locations within 150 miles of your permanent address, with mileage reimbursement.
2. Provide resident-centered nursing care, including assistance with daily living activities, vital signs, and psychosocial support.
3. Assist with transfers, repositioning, walking, and exercises using appropriate techniques and equipment.
4. Support food preparation, dining, and assist residents with meals and snacks.
5. Document resident interactions, communicate changes in condition, and assist with non-invasive specimen collection.
6. Maintain cleanliness and assist with laundry, wellness, and recreational programs.
7. Participate in departmental or organizational committees as needed.

Qualifications

• Active MN Certified Nursing Assistant - CNA certification required.
• Minimum 16 years old; prior long-term care experience preferred.
• Completion of CNA training and certification, with ongoing continuing education.
• Additional state-specific certifications may be required.
• Dependable with a minimum of 30 hours/month and at least one weekend shift per month.
