Job summary

Interim HealthCare of Augusta seeks a compassionate HHA/CNA to provide daily living assistance and personal care in patients' homes according to a care plan. You will work in clients' residences and support independence and comfort.

Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs, documenting services, maintaining records, providing companionship, and reporting changes to the care team. English fluency and a valid HHA/CNA certification are required, with live-in shifts three to four days per

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of home health experience.
• Must speak English.
• Ability to monitor vital signs.
• Familiarity with basic nutrition and personal hygiene standards.
• Caring and compassionate personality.
• Must be willing to transfer patient.
