Job summary

Professional Case Management in Warrenville, SC is hiring Part-Time and Full-Time CNAs to provide in-home care under the supervision of the RN/Case Manager. You’ll deliver personal care to clients in their homes and create a schedule that fits your lifestyle, with weekly pay and benefits options.

We offer health insurance options and HSAs/FSAs; qualifications include active CNA in-state certification, CPR, and TB test, with a minimum age of 18.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification in the state of practice.
• Experience with in-home patient care is preferred.
• CPR certification required.
• TB test current.
• Proficient in completing and submitting care documentation.

Responsibilities

• Read and record temperature, pulse, and respiration.
• Patient hygiene - bathing, grooming, oral care, toileting.
• Maintain a clean, safe home environment and assist with basic errands.
• Follow written assignment and instructions from RN/Case Manager.
• Complete and submit appropriate documentation.
