Job summary

A Place at Home Kirkland is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA/HCA) to join our in-home care team in Kirkland, WA. You will provide hands-on personal care to clients in their homes, promoting health, safety and comfort while upholding our CARE philosophy.

Responsibilities include bathing, dressing, monitoring vital signs, maintaining records, and collaborating with medical professionals. You will have the chance to grow professionally in a supportive, client-focused environment

Qualifications

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Care Aide (HCA) in the state of Washington.
• 1+ year of experience in long-term care or home health care.
• Ability to lift and transfer clients as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Assist with daily living activities and mobility.
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided.
