Job summary

HealthBridge is seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant to provide routine nursing care in our California facility. You will assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health status, and support the medical team to ensure safety and comfort.

Candidates must be CNA certified, able to lift up to 35 lbs, document care accurately, respond promptly to call lights, and communicate compassionately with residents, families, and staff to uphold our quality of care.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed CNA and comply with all laws and facility policies.
• Provide routine nursing care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Accurately document patient care and respond to call lights.
• Lift up to 35 lbs and assist with transfers and mobility.
