Job summary

North Shore Health is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide resident-centered care under the supervision of a Nurse Supervisor. The role focuses on meeting residents' personal needs, safety, and comfort while contributing to a positive physical, social, and psychological environment in line with Center policies.

The position supports full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts across multiple facilities with benefits, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within North Shore

• Completion of an approved nursing assistant training and competency program.
• Compassion for older adults and a positive approach to long-term care.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with residents, families, volunteers, and staff.
