Tampa Lakes Health & Rehabilitation Center in Lutz, FL is actively hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our compassionate and resident-focused care team.

We offer Full-Time and Part-Time shifts (7:00 AM–3:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, 11:00 PM–7:00 AM) and daily walk-in interviews at 750 Hayes Rd, Lutz, FL 33549, Monday–Friday 10:30 AM–4:30 PM. This 179-bed facility emphasizes culture-change and individualized care.

Qualifications

• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in Florida.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to make independent decisions when necessary and work harmoniously with others.

Responsibilities

• Care for multiple residents and observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care under supervision.
• Maintain dependable and punctual attendance.

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Main Duties and Critical Tasks:

• Care for multiple residents in the facility. Observe Resident Rights.
• Provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Assist nurse with admitting, transferring, and discharging residents.
• Assist nurse in giving treatments and examining residents.
• Assist with restorative and rehab care with proper instruction and supervision.
• Come to work as scheduled and consistently demonstrate dependability and punctuality.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Required Education and Experience:
• Current and valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license in the state of practice and employment.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
• Ability to work harmoniously with other personnel.
