Job summary

The Arbor Company is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant in Gambrills, MD to join our caring team. You will support seniors with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and help residents stay socially engaged.

You’ll work across all shifts (7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, 11pm-7am) in a respectful, supportive environment that values growth, teamwork, and the wellbeing of residents and staff. The role offers opportunities for growth and meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• You must have a CNA certification and a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience as a Nursing Assistant in a care setting is preferred.
• Current CNA certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to residents in daily living activities.
• Encourage social interaction to support residents' well-being.
• Maintain a safe environment and monitor residents for safety.
