Job summary

Live Oak Rehabilitation Center in San Gabriel, CA is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant to join the Nursing team. The role provides personal care to residents under the supervision of a licensed or registered nurse in a skilled nursing facility.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification with successful completion of a CNA program.
• High school diploma or equivalent must be obtained.

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Compassion towards residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care for residents under supervision of licensed/registered nurse.
• Assistance with activities of daily living (dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreation, outings).
• Maintain unit organization to keep workflows efficient.
• Other duties as assigned.

Primary Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Responsibilities

• Organizational skills are required to keep the unit running smoothly
• Other duties as assigned

Pay Scale:

Depending on a number of factors, including, but not limited to location, regularly scheduled work shift, knowledge, skills, experience, and expertise.
