Job Description

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) position for full-time nights, 7 PM to 7 AM, with rotating weekends. Must have proof of phlebotomy certification.

Responsibilities
  • Assist Registered Nurses in patient care under licensed staff supervision.
  • Perform routine patient care duties, ensure a safe and therapeutic environment, and assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge.
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety in clinical and administrative areas, communicate effectively with patients.
  • Respond to call lights, assist with feeding, bathing, and transfers, utilizing language line when applicable.
  • Document direct patient care activities, assist with activities of daily living, and participate in treatment planning.
  • Provide one-on-one assistance to patients as needed.
  • Report changes in patient condition or behavior to professional staff and document when necessary.
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with time constraints and challenging situations.
Qualifications
  • Current profile on the Healthcare Worker Registry.
  • Ability to pass physical, drug screening, and background checks.
