Qualifications

• Must hold an active Pennsylvania CNA certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Graduate of an accredited CNA training program
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred; new grads welcome
• Compassionate attitude and strong teamwork skills

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate hands-on care and assistance with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and ambulation
• Monitor and record vital signs, intake/output, and other resident information
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident requests
• Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions to the nursing team
• Assist with restorative care and daily activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents
• Support and collaborate with nurses and fellow caregiver
