Job summary

Burlingtonconvalescent in Los Angeles, CA, is hiring Certified Nursing Assistants to join our nursing team and provide residents with a best-in-class experience.

We offer AM/PM shifts, non-exempt status, and a pay range of $21-$23 per hour. Candidates will perform personal care under supervision and contribute to a caring, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active CNA certification with a successful completion of a CNA program.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 including Booster(s).
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Good physical health to lift and move patients, and/or stand for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Compassion towards residents and their families.

Responsibilities

• Providing personal care for the residents under the supervision of a licensed and/or registered nurse.
• Such care includes assistance with the activities of daily living including dressing, bathing, grooming, dining, recreational activities, and outings.
• Organizational skills are required to keep the unit running smoothly.
• Other duties as assigned.
