Job summary

The Staff Pad in Helena, MT is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant to float between units under RN supervision, delivering direct patient care and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous hospital/long-term care experience preferred.
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Successful completion of a CNA program.

Job description

The Staff Pad is proud to partner with a reputed healthcare organization in Helena, MT, with a vision to be the gold standard for healthcare. We are looking for CNAs open to floating between different units.

With direction from a Registered Nurse, the CNA provides direct patient care and assists team members with delegated tasks/procedures within their scope of practice. The CNA is also required to maintain accurate and timely documentation and collaborate with the healthcare team to support quality patient outcomes.

Available Opportunities: Float Pool | Days | Nights | Mid-Shift

Shift: Full-Time | Days | Nights | 12-hours

What We Are Looking For

Education and Experience

• Previous hospital/long-term care experience, including the use of medical terminology, preferred
• High school graduate or equivalent preferred
• Successful completion of a CNA program

Certifications

• Current certification as a nursing assistant or enrollment in the organization’s CNA training program, with certification required at the end of the training period
• BLS certification required
• SECURE Training required within 6 months of hire date, then annually updated
