Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking dedicated Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our Float Pool team. This role allows you to work at various Monarch communities throughout Minnesota with the flexibility to pick up shifts based on facility needs.

As a Float Pool CNA, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care under LPN/RN supervision, assisting with daily living activities and promoting dignity and comfort. Full-time and on-call opportunities are available.

Qualificações

• Current registration on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Ability and willingness to travel to various Monarch Healthcare Management communities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Passion for providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Supporting resident mobility, safety, and comfort.
• Providing basic restorative and nursing care services.
• Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions.
• Maintaining accurate documentation as required.
• Supporting individualized care plans and resident preferences.
• Delivering care in accordance with MDH standards and facility policies.

Position Summary

As a Float Pool CNA, you will provide high-quality, resident-centered care under the supervision of a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN). You will assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity, independence, comfort, and overall well-being.

Responsibilities Include

• Assisting residents with personal care and daily living activities
• Supporting resident mobility, safety, and comfort
• Providing basic restorative and nursing care services
• Observing and reporting changes in resident conditions
• Maintaining accurate documentation as required
• Supporting individualized care plans and resident preferences
• Delivering care in accordance with Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) standards, the Resident Bill of Rights, and facility policies
