West Park Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is actively seeking compassionate CNAs to join our care team. You will assist residents with daily activities, monitor well-being, and support the healthcare team to enhance quality of life in a rehabilitation and long-term care setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and document residents' vital signs, physical conditions, and emotional well-being.
• Provide support with mobility, transfers, and positioning of residents.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.
• Communicate with nursing staff about any changes in residents' conditions.
• Assist with medication reminders as directed by healthcare providers.
• Promote a positive and supportive atmosphere for residents, their families, and the team.
