Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Maintain a safe and comfortable environment for residents
• Provide nutritional support, including meal delivery and assistance with feeding
• Implement rehabilitative care plans, including range of motion exercises and ambulation assistance
• Promptly report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff
• Accurately document care provided according to facility protocols
