Northcrest Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Napoleon, OH is seeking Full-Time Day Shift CNAs to join our caring team. You will provide direct resident care, assist with ADLs, meals, and vital signs under RN supervision.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification is required.
• Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills are essential.
• Experience in long-term care is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
• Assist with ADLs: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, personal hygiene.
• Assist residents with meals, feeding, and hydration.
• Help with transfers, mobility, ambulation, and repositioning.
• Take and record vital signs as directed.
• Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs.
• Observe residents and report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Follow individualized resident care plans.
• Maintain resident dignity, privacy, comfort, and independence.
• Follow infection control and safety procedures.
• Communicate effectively with nurses, residents, families, and other team members.

CNA Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to residents in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting
