Care Initiatives seeks a Certified Nurse Aide to join our New London Specialty Care team in Iowa. This role provides compassionate care across daily living activities and health monitoring in a 46-bed skilled nursing community.

Qualifications

• Active Iowa CNA certification or ability to activate certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, eating).
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and health care team.
• Monitor health by conducting routine vital checks.
• Encourage participation in recreational and therapeutic activities.
• Follow infection control protocols to maintain a safe environment.

What You’ll Do & Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating.
