Agape Care Group's Lexington Community Hospice House is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for a full-time day shift (7am–7pm). You will help patients with daily activities, monitor conditions, and report changes to the care team with compassion.

Qualifications

• Heart to serve patients and families with a passion for providing the best possible care.
• Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant (CNA).
• 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility.
• Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100 lbs.
