Job summary

Agape Care Group seeks a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for our Upstate Community Hospice House. This full-time day shift (7am-7pm) role focuses on compassionate patient care, daily activity support, and communication with the care team to ensure comfort and wellbeing.

Ideal candidates maintain active CNA certification, have 1+ year hospital or long-term care experience, and possess reliable transportation. Join a team committed to dignity and superior patient experiences.

Qualifications

We are looking for certified nursing assistants who are committed to creating meaningful patient experiences. As a certified nursing assistant, you’ll assist patients with daily activities, monitor patient conditions, and report any changes to the care team. Qualifications

• A heart to serve patients and families and a passion for providing the best possible care
• Education: Maintain state certification as a certified nursing assistant
• Experience: 1+ years of nursing assistant experience in a hospital or long-term care facility
• Required: Reliable transportation. Ability to sit, stand, bend, move intermittently and lift at least 80-100lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
