Creative Solutions Services, LLC is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for an immediate contract/travel opportunity at our Long Term Care facility in Las Vegas, NM.

Must hold a NM CNA license and have detox/substance abuse and some psych experience. Shifts are 7:00–19:30 (Days) or 7:00–19:30 (Nights), 3x12 with a 4‑hour midweek, 40 hours guaranteed; 13- or 26-week contracts with extensions likely. Pay: $28/hr local; $1,260/week travel package if qualified.

• Detox/substance abuse experience required.
• One year LTC/SNF in last 2 years required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Immediate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) contract/travel opportunity with our Long Term Care facility in Las Vegas, NM.Note:

Pay Rate:

• $28.00/hr (local candidate pay rate)


• $1,260/week (travel pay package if qualified)

Available Work Schedules:

• 7:00am - 7:30pm (Days) - 3x12 (Thu, Fri and Sat plus 4 hour shift on Wed)


• 7:00pm - 7:30am (Nights) - 3x12 (Thu, Fri and Sat plus 4 hour shift on Wed)


• 40 hours guaranteed

Contract Term: 13-week and 26-week contracts available (extensions likely)

Job Details:

• Provides assistance with activities of daily living in accordance with the individualized plan of care (turning, repositioning, feeding, bathing)


• Observes and records changes in condition of residents and reports to the licensed nurse


• Completes required documentation in the electronic clinical record


• Obtains and reports vital signs and weights on residents as assigned

Qualifications:

• Current CNA / Certified Nursing Assistant Certificate in State of NM required in hand, at time of resume submission


• Must have detox/substance abuse experience


• One year LTC/SNF in last 2 years required


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
