Qualifications

• Active Maryland CNA certification.
• Current CPR certification preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Ability to provide 2 professional references.
• Requires PPD, QuantiFERON Gold or CXR.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
• Bathe, dress, groom, and assist with toileting.
• Provide mobility assistance and transfers.
• Offer companionship and supervision.
• Light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Provide medication reminders.
• Transport to appointments if applicable.
• Support dementia and memory care needs.
• Provide post-hospitalization support as needed.
