Job summary

The Gardens, a Spring Oak Assisted Living Program located within The Ocean at 101 Boardwalk in Atlantic City, NJ, seeks compassionate CNAs and CHHAs to join our care team. In this role, you will help residents with daily living while supporting dignity, comfort, and independence.

Shift options include all shifts with weekend availability required; pay is $21 per hour. Join a family-owned team committed to a warm, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey CNA or CHHA certification required.
• Experience in healthcare, senior living, or caregiving preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable approach to resident care.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility).
• Observe and promptly report changes in residents’ conditions to nursing staff or supervisors.
• Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support.
• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and light housekeeping as needed.
• Take and record vital signs as assigned.
• Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable living environment.
• Follow individualized care plans and facility policies.

The Gardens, a Spring Oak Assisted Living Program located within The Ocean at 101 Boardwalk in Atlantic City, is seeking compassionate, dependable CNAs and CHHAs to join our care team. In this role, you will help residents with their daily needs while supporting their dignity, comfort, and independence.

Qualifications

• Current New Jersey CNA or CHHA certification required.
• Previous healthcare, senior living, or caregiving experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, patient, and dependable approach to resident care.
• Ability to work independently and cooperatively as part of a team.
