Job summary

You will provide direct patient care under licensed staff, assist with daily living activities, monitor vital signs, and help with mobility, documentation, and individualized care plans. A CNA certification and state-approved training are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.
• Active CNA certification in good standing.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift, move, and support residents safely.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of a RN or LPN.
• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding).
• Monitor and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, BP).
• Assist with resident mobility, transfers, ambulation with proper technique.
• Maintain a clean, safe, supportive environment.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and families.
• Assist in documenting care and reporting changes to nursing staff.
• Support care team in implementing individualized care plans.

What You Will Do

• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding

What You Must Have

• High school diploma or equivalent
