• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, including treatment plans and progress notes, to ensure effective communication and care coordination.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, including nurses, doctors, and other CNAs, to deliver comprehensive care and promote a positive patient experience.
• Prioritize patient safety, adhering to infection control and safety protocols, to prevent accidents and ensure a safe environment for patients.
